To register as a new or renewing member, choose one of the options below.

MAIL: Print the Membership Form, complete the form and mail it in with your dues check to LND/SMC/HCC, PO Box 116, Notre Dame, IN 46556. You can also bring your form and dues payment to the Opening Reception in September.

ONLINE: Click here to complete your membership registration and pay your dues via credit card.

DUES ONLY: If you have already submitted a registration form, either paper or online, and would like to pay your dues electronically, you may access that here: Electronic Payments.
