Volunteering and Service
Since its inception, LND/SMC/HCC has always been committed to supporting women and charities in our local community. Over the course of 90 years, our organization has promoted activities centered on creating and sustaining a community that welcomes newcomers, supports women and children, and cares for those less fortunate. True to that spirit, we encourage volunteerism and social responsibility.
We keep busy with group volunteer activities throughout the year. Typically, we work with partners who have the local expertise and infrastructure to assure that our efforts will make a real difference in our community. Along the way, we also make friends and have a lot of fun together.
